LCBA Board Meetings are held on the second Tuesday of the month via Zoom at 7:00 a.m. Agenda items may be submitted for consideration to the President one week prior to the monthly Executive Committee meeting. Please contact President Dan St. John to add an item to the agenda:

Young Lawyers Group Meetings
The Larimer County Young Lawyers meet the third Wednesday of every month. If you are interested in their group, please contact Russ Connelly at russbconn@gmail.com. The YLD hosts monthly happy hours to socialize with colleagues outside of the work environment. See our Events page for more information on these events.
LCBA Trust & Estates Section
There is an informal group of Trust and Estate lawyers called the LCBA Trust & Estates Section. The primary function of the group is to meet four times a year for presentations on trust and estate topics. The group meets a four times a year on the third Wednesday of the months of January, April, July, and October. The meetings are from 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. at the First National Bank in downtown Fort Collins. Any attorney can join! Colorado Criminal Defense Bar
The Colorado Criminal Defense Bar (Larimer Chapter) is not currently holding meetings. Please contact Rachel Michael at rachel@ramlawllc.com if you would like to help coordinate future meetings and events for the Larimer CCDB.
National Adoption Day
The-is event is always held in November during National Adoption Month.
Adoption proceedings take place all day in the courtroom and following each adoption proceeding, the child and his/her family & friends are invited to the Party Room to celebrate their special day with music, gifts for the children, entertainment, & photographs.
We are looking for someone with a big heart and a desire to plan and organize our local Adoption Day events. Heidi Whitaker is our newly elected LCBA President for the 2023-2024 year and is looking for someone to take the reins for this event.
